With over 20 years of industry experience and more than a decade at Woodland, Chris brings deep technical knowledge and strategic leadership to his role as Executive Project Manager. He is known for guiding complex projects from concept to completion with calm precision. A surf fanatic and advocate for sustainable living, Chris is passionate about life off the grid and stays grounded through nature and simplicity.

After graduating from college in San Francisco, she worked at multiple tech companies and has experience in large-scale event coordination and operations. With over 15 years of industry experience, Matt is a Project Lead with specialized expertise in security systems. His deep technical understanding and practical approach make him a leader on installations. Off the clock, Matt enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Denard brings a decade of commercial experience to his role as Lead Service Technician. Known for his calm demeanor and technical expertise, he leads the service team with excellence. Outside of work, Denard has a passion for music and regularly shares his talents by running audio and sound at his local church.

Ben is a seasoned Field Technician with a blend of technical experience. He has worked with Woodland on and off for over a decade and previously held roles as a union electrician. Known for his creativity, Ben has a passion for fitness and art, which brings a unique energy to his work on-site.
Cody
Cody is the newest member of the team, joining Woodland after high school. As an Assistant Field Technician, he is eager to build a long-term career in the industry. Despite being a rookie, Cody has already shown impressive attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a deep passion for the trade. When he’s not learning and supporting in the field, he’s likely working on or admiring cars.
